This study aims to improve students’ speaking skills through the implementation of the Show and Tell method on procedural text material in the fourth grade of SD Negeri Neusok Teubalui. This research employed a qualitative approach with a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 23 students. Data were collected through observation and oral tests, and analyzed using descriptive quatitative techniques. The results showed an improvement in students’ speaking skills from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I, the average score was 72.8 with a learning completeness percentage of 60.8%. In cycle II, the average score increased to 80.3 with a completeness percentage of 86.9%. In addition, both student and teacher activities improved to a very good category in cycle II. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Show and Tell method is effective in improving students’ speaking skills on procedural text material.
