This study was motivated by observational data showing the low gross motor development of early childhood at Al-Ittihad Kindergarten. The objective of this study is to describe the use of the "oray-orayan" game to enhance the gross motor development of group B children. The subjects of this study consisted of 13 respondents, with 6 male subjects and 7 female subjects. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a classroom action research design. Data collection techniques are using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the use of the game to improve the gross motor development of group B shows a significant increase, which can be seen from the success percentages. In the initial observation results, there were 0% of children developing very well,15% in the category of children developing as expected, 46% of children starting to develop, and 39% of children not developing. After implementing the "oray-orayan" game, with the final results of cycle I showing a 39% increase among group B children, and the end of results of cycle II reaching 85%.
