Land transportation facilities constitute a fundamental public necessity for facilitating societal activities. Consequently, road degradation necessitates immediate restoration and, where essential, structural enhancement. Visual observations of the Prajekan – Ramban Kulon Prapatan and Ramban Kulon Prapatan – Cermee road segments, spanning a total of 6 km, reveal damage ranging from minor to severe. This deterioration compromises driving comfort, increases traffic accident risks, and disrupts logistics. Therefore, a road condition assessment was conducted using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and Surface Distress Index (SDI) methods. The PCI analysis categorized the segments as: 8.038% Failed, 1.828% Very Poor, 0.734% Poor, 0.687% Fair, 0.816% Moderate, 0.418% Good, and 0.577% Very Good. Meanwhile, the SDI method identified 11.191% Heavy Damage, 0.26% Light Damage, 1.083% Moderate, and 0.567% in Good condition. Based on the evaluation of 340 damaged areas, recommended treatments include: patching for holes exceeding 50 mm in depth and wide cracks (981.352 m²), leveling for holes less than 50 mm deep (1,170.6841 m²), and crack sealing and filling (totaling 1,178.801 m²). The estimated total cost for these repairs is IDR 386,592,000.00
