Adolescent reproductive health is an essential aspect of developing a healthy and high-quality generation. Limited knowledge among adolescents regarding reproductive health can increase the risk of various problems, such as early marriage, teenage pregnancy, and sexual violence. The Village Children's Forum (Forum Anak Desa/FAD) plays a strategic role as a platform for youth participation in disseminating information and education to peers and the wider community. This community service activity aimed to optimize the role of the Village Children's Forum in improving adolescent reproductive health through training and socialization programs. This activity was conducted in Lembengan Village and targeted all members of the Village Children's Forum. The methods employed included educational sessions, interactive discussions, and mentoring for all FAD members. The results showed an improvement in the knowledge and capacity of FAD members in understanding reproductive health issues, as well as their ability to provide education to peer groups. Through this activity, the Village Children's Forum is expected to become an agent of change that actively promotes awareness of adolescent reproductive health and supports the creation of a child-friendly environment at the village level
