This research is motivated by the persistent monotonous and ineffective learning process, particularly in elementary school subjects, that optimally develops students' potential. Therefore, innovative and enjoyable learning models are needed, one of which is the learning model.Quantum TeachingThis study aims to describe the implementation of the Quantum Teaching learning model in thematic subjects at MI Darul Huda Wonoroto Umbulsari Jember Tahu and its impact on improving students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research subjects were determined using thepurposive samplingData collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using source triangulation and technical triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Quantum Teaching learning model in thematic subjects is able to improve students' abilities in the cognitive aspect through the application of learning strategies that encourage students to think critically, actively ask questions, and understand the material well. In the affective aspect, this model is able to increase learning motivation, self-confidence, and student activeness during the learning process. Meanwhile, in the psychomotor aspect, students are able to practice the use of learning media, explain the concept of the natural and artificial environment, and complete assignments well. Thus, it can be concluded that the Quantum Teaching learning model is effectively applied in thematic learning to create an active, enjoyable, and meaningful learning atmosphere.
