<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada turnover intention pada pekerja Generasi Z di industri manufaktur Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 84 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada turnover intention, yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat stres kerja maka semakin besar kecenderungan karyawan untuk keluar. Sementara itu, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan namun tidak mampu menurunkan turnover intention sehingga hipotesis hubungan negatif tidak didukung yang disebabkan karakter Generasi Z yang masih berada pada tahap eksplorasi. This study aimed to analyze the influence of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention among Generation Z workers in the manufacturing industry in Sidoarjo. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique involving 84 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results showed that job stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of job stress, the greater the employees’ tendency to leave their jobs. Meanwhile, job satisfaction had a significant effect but was unable to reduce turnover intention; therefore, the hypothesis of a negative relationship was not supported, which was attributed to the characteristics of Generation Z who were still in the exploration stage.]]>
