New developments in technology have helped different areas of the economy, like service businesses such as auto repair shops, to better their service and work processes by using computer systems. PT Solusindo, which is the focus of this study, still uses manual methods to handle service data, transactions, and spare parts inventory. This leads to issues like mistakes when entering data, slow sharing of information, and challenges in creating reports. This study aims to look into and create a web-based system for managing workshops, using a prototype approach to ensure it fits what the users need best. This method has several steps: first, they check what the users need. Then they create a plan for the system. Next, they build a first version of the system. After that, they test and improve it again and again until it works well for the users. The system handles managing customer information, vehicle details, service records, inventory items, and generating reports. System testing follows the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, which looks at how well a system works, how easy it is to use, how dependable it is, how well it performs, and how safe it is. The study shows that this system makes managing data better, speeds up service processes, and helps reduce mistakes. Therefore, this system is seen as a good option to help PT Solusindo run its operations in a smooth and complete way
