Abstract

PT. Semacom Integrated merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang panel listrik. Perusahaan ini perlu mengelola data pegawai tetapi belum mempunyai sistem informasi khusus untuk mengelola data pegawai tersebut agar memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data, pengontrolan serta meningkatkan pekerjaan Human Resource Development, Pimpinan dan Pegawai. Teknologi pemrograman dan database sebagai media penyimpanan diyakini sampai saat ini masih sangat berguna dalam membantu menklasifikasikan data informasi. Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah waterfall. Metode ini terdiri dari requirement gathering, analysis, system design, implementation, testing, dan maintenance. Adapun tools yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah System Operating 10 Pro 64 Bit, Notepad++. Sedangkan, database yang digunakan sebagai penyimpanan data adalah Xampp. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi kepegawaian. Sistem ini meliputi daftar pegawai daftar SK kerja, daftar prestasi, daftar hukuman, surat kontrak, surat keterangan, surat perintah dan surat peringatan, dan lain-lain. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan Human Resource Development dalam pencarian dan pengelolaan data kepegawaian pada PT. Semacom Integrated. Design of Human Resources Development Information Systems for PT. Semacom Integrated Abstract: PT. Semacom Integrated is a company engaged in the field of electrical panels. This company needs to manage employee data but does not yet have a special information system to manage employee data to facilitate data management, control and improve the work of Human Resource Development, Leaders and Employees. It is believed that programming and database technology as storage media is still very useful in helping to classify information data. The development of the system used in this study is a waterfall. This method consists of requirements gathering, analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The tools used in this research are System Operating 10 Pro 64 Bit, Notepad ++. Meanwhile, the database used as data storage is Xampp. The results of this study are in the form of staffing information systems. This system includes a list of employees, a list of work decree, a list of achievements, a list of penalties, a contract, a certificate, a warrant and a warning letter, and others. This system is designed to facilitate Human Resource Development in the search and management of staffing data at PT. Abstract

Teknologi informasi telah menjadi suatu hal yang sering kita jumpai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kehadiran teknologi informasi sangat membantu seseorang dalam menyebarkan dan menerima informasi. Karena perkembangannya yang pesat saat ini teknologi informasi tidak hanya sebagai media untuk memperoleh informasi, tetapi juga dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam dunia akademik. Politeknik Internasional Jakarta memulai tahun pendidikan pada tanggal 12 September 1994 dengan jumlah mahasiswa 114 yang semula bernama Akademi Pariwisata Sekolah Hotel Internasional Jakart, kampus pertama berada di Hotel Borobudur Intercontinental. Pada tahun 1997, kemudian pindah dan memiliki gedung 3 lantai sendiri di kawasan Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) Jakarta Selatan. Berdasarkan penelitian dan wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti, pengelolaan data yang dilakukan oleh Politeknik Internasional Jakarta perlu adanya pengelola data dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi hal ini perlu dilakukan agar tidak terjadi masalah pencatatan dan Data semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi akademik ini menggunakan Extreme Programming. Sistem informasi akademik ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengelola Politeknik Internasional Jakarta dalam mengelola data dengan baik. Sehingga mendukung proses belajar mengajar antara mahasiswa dan dosen.

Abstract

The objectives of this study is to examine role of product quality and store atmosphere on purchase decision of clothing product of Vintage Vibes. This research uses quantitative research. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Vintage Vibes. In this study, there are two kinds of variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are product quality and the atmosphere in the store, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The unit of analysis in this study is "vintage vibes," with the criteria being namely those who have purchased fashion products at Vintage Vibes. The result of this study show that product quality has a positive effect on purchase decisions. Store atmosphere has an influence on purchase decision. Product quality and store atmosphere have a joint effect on purchase decision.

Analysis social network look at social connection like node or tie This time is so many social networks that already operation but all of them still using based on text for send message, comment, and email so it will the problem that mostly happen by smart phone user is they have difficulties for typing and for PC user occasionally having mistake because miss understanding meaning from sender.

Abstract

The use of mobile devices is one aspect of information technology that is now expanding quickly. In recent years, the use of mobile applications has increased in various areas of Indonesian society. However, cybercrimes such as data leaks are also increasing in Indonesia. One of them is the case of data theft in mobile commerce applications in Indonesia, where as many as more than 90 million user records were illegally traded by hackers on dark web sites. The mobile commerce application also stores sensitive user data for use in its business processes, such as email, passwords, addresses, telephone numbers, and account numbers. The goal of this study is to evaluate and identify security vulnerabilities or loopholes that could harm providers and users of the Android-based mobile commerce application using the Mobile Security Framework (MOBSF) and the OWASP Mobile Application Security Testing Guide (MASTG). This research was carried out in five stages: preparation, data collection, mapping the application (mapping vulnerabilities), exploitation, and reporting. The results of the study found that the mobile commerce application has a security gap issue in the data storage range in the parameter (MSTG-STORAGE-5) and in the authentication architecture range in the parameter (MSTG-AUTH-5 and MSTG-AUTH-6).

Abstract

Students will better understand and understand the material in a well-designed learning environment. The learning environment is also increasingly advanced in the information and globalization era. Learning to use information technology (IT) is a must. Media functions in the learning process as a teaching tool and as a source of information and news. Each learning environment has advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, the use of the learning environment must be adequately planned. The learning environment is growing in the current information and globalization era. There is an argument that using information technology (IT) as a learning method is necessary.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the role of digital competence in mediating the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance in the digital era. The study was conducted in Samarinda City with a quantitative approach and path analysis method using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on digital competence (β = 0.672, p < 0.001) and teacher performance (β = 0.538, p < 0.001), both directly and indirectly. After including digital competence as a mediating variable, the direct influence of leadership on performance decreased to β = 0.285, with an indirect effect of β = 0.413 and a Variance Accounted For (VAF) value of 52.8%, indicating the existence of partial mediation. These findings confirm that digital competence is an important mechanism that bridges the relationship between transformational leadership and teacher performance. Therefore, the integration of transformational leadership development strategies with digital competency training is the key to improving the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to improve digital literacy and awareness of social media ethics of students at SMK Media Informatika, South Jakarta City. Students are an age group that is very active in using social media such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, but they do not fully understand the risks and responsibilities associated with their use. This course discusses digital ethics, digital footprints, account security, and the dangers of hoaxes and negative content. Interactive lectures, social media simulations, group discussions, and direct practice of maintaining social media accounts are some of the techniques used. To assess the increase in participants' understanding, a simple pre-test and post-test were used during the evaluation. The results of the activity showed that participants were more aware of the importance of maintaining personal accounts and digital ethics. In addition, several students tried to become digital literacy ambassadors at school as part of the sustainability of the program. It is hoped that this activity will form positive digital habits. It will also encourage schools to incorporate digital literacy into formal learning and counseling guidance.

Abstract

System testing is an essential stage in software development to ensure that the system operates according to user needs and is free from errors. This study aims to test and evaluate the functional quality of the Todo-PHP application, a webbased task management system built using PHP and MySQL. The application was selected due to its open-source nature and early-stage development, making it relevant for identifying and analyzing potential bugs. The development method used is Agile, which is iterative and adaptive to change. This approach is considered suitable for small-scale projects like Todo-PHP, as it supports continuous improvement and testing. To test the system’s functionality, the black-box testing method was applied, which focuses on evaluating input and output without analyzing the internal structure of the code. The test was conducted on core features such as login, task management, password change, and account deletion. The testing was performed in a local environment using a PHP server and a MySQL database. The results showed that most features performed as expected, although several minor issues were found, such as suboptimal input validation and buttons that did not respond under certain conditions. These findings served as a basis for further development recommendations.This study is expected to provide a practical overview of system testing implementation and contribute to improving the quality of open-source applications like Todo-PHP.

Abstract

This study examines the use of cloud computing as a disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) solution for key information systems at Pamulang University. The university's reliance on digital systems increases its vulnerability to disruptions that could potentially lead to data loss and service disruption. The objective of this study is to formulate a strategic model for implementing effective cloud-based DR/BC, focusing on crucial systems such as the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) and the Financial Information System. The research method uses an iterative approach, involving repeated cycles of risk analysis, solution design, conceptual implementation, and simulation testing. This approach allows for gradual risk identification and mitigation, as well as adaptation to evolving needs. The implementation of cloud computing is expected to provide a scalable, flexible, and cost-effective recovery environment, ensuring rapid data availability and operations post-disaster. The results of this study will provide a practical framework for Pamulang University to strengthen the resilience of its information systems, minimize downtime, and maintain the continuity of educational services amidst potential threats.
