Perkembangan era digital membawa perubahan terhadap kepribadian dan pola interaksi sosial siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep kepribadian dan pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku interaksi sosial siswa pada era digital. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur (literature review) melalui pengumpulan data dari artikel ilmiah, jurnal nasional, dan buku yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) untuk memahami hubungan antara perkembangan teknologi digital, kepribadian, dan interaksi sosial peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa era digital memberikan dampak positif berupa kemudahan komunikasi, perluasan relasi sosial, peningkatan kreativitas, dan mendukung pembelajaran kolaboratif. Namun, era digital juga menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti menurunnya komunikasi tatap muka, munculnya perilaku individualistis, rendahnya empati sosial, cyberbullying, serta ketergantungan media sosial terhadap pembentukan identitas diri siswa. The development of the digital era brings changes to the personality and social interaction patterns of students in everyday life. This study aims to analyze the concept of personality and its influence on students' social interaction behavior in the digital era. The study used a qualitative method with a literature review approach through data collection from scientific articles, national journals, and books relevant to the research topic. Data analysis techniques were carried out using content analysis to understand the relationship between the development of digital technology, personality, and students' social interactions. The results of the study indicate that the digital era has a positive impact in the form of ease of communication, expansion of social relations, increased creativity, and support for collaborative learning. However, the digital era also has negative impacts such as decreased face-to-face communication, the emergence of individualistic behavior, low social empathy, cyberbullying, and dependence on social media in the formation of students' self-identity.
