The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has provided innovative solutions to improve security systems, including securing parcel boxes from theft. This study aimed to design and implement an IoT-based parcel box security system equipped with a vibration sensor as an anti-theft feature, automatic call notification using a GSM module, and monitoring and control through a website. The research method used was a system design and development approach, which included hardware and software design, system implementation, and performance testing. The system was built using an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with a vibration sensor, buzzer, GSM SIM800L module, relay, solenoid door lock, and a website as a remote monitoring and control platform. The results showed that the system was capable of detecting physical disturbances on the parcel box effectively through the vibration sensor. When vibrations exceeded the predefined threshold, the system activated an alarm and automatically made a call to the user. In addition, the system displayed the parcel box status in real-time and allowed users to control the locking mechanism via the website. Based on testing results, the system achieved an accuracy rate above 90% with a fast response time.
