Quality data plays a crucial role in today’s modern organizations, as it serves as an essential asset for supporting high-quality decision-making processes. In the era of digital transformation, organizations increasingly depend on accurate, timely, and relevant data to formulate strategies and achieve competitive advantage. Poor data quality, including inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent information, can negatively impact analysis results, reduce the reliability of insights, and lead to ineffective or even incorrect organizational decisions. Therefore, maintaining data quality is a critical requirement for organizational success. This study aims to analyze whether quality data truly influences decision quality within modern organizations and to identify the relationship between the two variables. The research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, drawing data from academic journals, books, and other credible scientific sources related to data quality and decision-making processes. The findings indicate that high-quality data significantly contributes to improving organizational decision-making by providing reliable information for analysis. Furthermore, quality data supports organizations in formulating policies, developing effective strategies, and solving problems more efficiently. It also enhances organizational responsiveness in dealing with dynamic environmental changes. Overall, the study concludes that data quality is a fundamental factor that directly affects the effectiveness and accuracy of decisions in modern organizations.
