<![CDATA[This study is entitled "The Effect of Average Years of Schooling, Gender Empowerment Index, Life Expectancy, and Marital Status on Women's Labor Force Participation Rate in Jambi Province." The study aims to examine and analyze the extent to which these four variables influence the Women's Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) across Jambi Province. The research employs a quantitative approach through panel data regression analysis, covering the period from 2020 to 2024 across 11 districts and cities in Jambi Province. The findings reveal that women's LFPR in Jambi Province throughout the study period exhibited fluctuating movements without a fully consistent directional trend. In terms of partial effects, average years of schooling has a negative and significant influence, while life expectancy has a positive and significant influence on women's LFPR. The Gender Empowerment Index shows a positive effect on women's LFPR, although this effect is not statistically significant. Meanwhile, marital status does not have a significant effect on women's LFPR. When all four variables are tested simultaneously, the results indicate that average years of schooling, Gender Empowerment Index, life expectancy, and marital status jointly exert a significant influence on women's LFPR in Jambi Province.]]>
