Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada lingkungan organisasi perusahaan. Motivasi kerja menjadi salah satu faktor penting yang mampu mendorong pegawai meningkatkan semangat kerja, tanggung jawab, serta produktivitas kerja dalam mencapai target perusahaan secara efektif. Kecerdasan emosional juga memiliki hubungan penting terhadap kualitas kinerja pegawai karena kemampuan pengendalian emosi membantu pegawai menjaga hubungan kerja, mengelola tekanan pekerjaan, dan meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi pada lingkungan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas kinerja pegawai. Variabel motivasi menjadi variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi kinerja pegawai karena pegawai yang memiliki motivasi kerja tinggi cenderung lebih disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai target perusahaan. Kecerdasan emosional juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas kerja pegawai melalui kemampuan pengendalian emosi, kemampuan membangun hubungan interpersonal, dan kemampuan menghadapi tekanan pekerjaan secara lebih efektif. Penguatan motivasi dan kecerdasan emosional secara berkelanjutan akan membantu perusahaan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, kualitas hubungan kerja, serta efektivitas operasional organisasi pada lingkungan bisnis modern. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and emotional intelligence on employee performance within an organizational environment. Work motivation is one of the important factors that encourages employees to improve work enthusiasm, responsibility, and productivity in achieving company targets effectively. Emotional intelligence also has an important relationship with employee performance quality because emotional control abilities help employees maintain work relationships, manage work pressure, and improve communication effectiveness within organizational environments. This study employed a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program through validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that motivation and emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance quality. Motivation became the most dominant variable affecting employee performance because employees with high work motivation tended to be more disciplined, responsible, and capable of completing work according to company targets. Emotional intelligence also showed a significant influence on improving employee work quality through emotional control abilities, interpersonal relationship skills, and the ability to face work pressure more effectively. Continuous strengthening of motivation and emotional intelligence will help companies improve work productivity, work relationship quality, and organizational operational effectiveness within the modern business environment.
