Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of learning facilities in school on the learning motivation of 3rd grade students at Inpres 2 Leilem Elementary School. The method used is ex post facto with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the 3rd grade students of Inpres 2 Leilem Elementary School, with a total of 15 students. However, due to limitations in funding, time, and manpower, this study uses a sample of 10 students determined using proportional random sampling formula. The data collection technique uses questionnaires for learning facilities in school and student learning motivation, while the data analysis uses simple linear regression. The research results showed a significance value of 0.030, indicating that there is a significant influence of learning facilities in school on student learning motivation. The R results showed a low relationship between learning facilities in school and student learning motivation. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.044 indicates that 4.4% of student learning motivation is influenced by learning facilities in school, while 95.6% is influenced by other factors not discussed in the study.
