This study aimed to examine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by animated video media on students’ learning outcomes in the topic of rights and obligations in grade IV of SD Negeri Oebobo 2. The study employed a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The participants consisted of 22 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The instruments used were multiple-choice questions administered in pretest and posttest activities. The findings revealed that the average student score increased from 67.05 in the pretest to 88.18 in the posttest. Student learning activities also showed very good criteria with an average score of 93.61. Therefore, the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model supported by animated videos positively influenced students’ learning outcomes in Civic Education learning.
