This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of technology, especially Cloud Computing, in developing human resources at the Shinjuku Talaga Majalengka cafe. The method used is qualitative with a case study as the research design, the researcher conducted a direct interview with the cashier as cashier at the Shinjuku cafe. The results of the study indicate that this Shinjuku cafe has utilized technology such as Google Drive for storing employee data, as well as POS applications to record transactions and evaluate sales. Technology is considered quite effective, with an effectiveness rate of 80% according to the informant. However, there are still obstacles such as dependence on electricity and limited digitalization in the aspects of attendance and payroll. These findings are expected to be a reference for small business actors and further researchers who are interested in the digitalization of micro-scale businesses.
