<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keberadaan muatan ESD dalam bahan ajar IPA SMP Kelas VII pada materi keanekaragaman hayati. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan objek penelitian berupa buku dan modul IPA SMP yang dianalisis berdasarkan indikator Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah pada masing-masing bahan ajar tersebut tidak sepenuhnya memenuhi indikator ESD. Buku Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Kelas VII Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki kecocokan isi dengan indikator ESD yang paling tinggi daripada bahan ajar lainnya. Sementara Modul Pembelajaran SMP Terbuka IPA Modul 7 Interaksi Makhluk Hidup dengan Lingkungannya Kelas VII memiliki kecocokan isi dengan indikator ESD yang paling rendah daripada bahan ajar lainnya.This research aims to describe the presence of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) content in the teaching materials of Grade VII Science in the subject of biodiversity. The method used in this research is analytical descriptive with the research objects being the science textbooks and modules for Grade VII in junior high school, which are analyzed based on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) indicators. The results obtained from this research show that each teaching material does not fully meet the ESD indicators. The Grade VII Natural Sciences book of the Merdeka Curriculum has the highest content compatibility with ESD indicators compared to other teaching materials. Meanwhile, the Open Junior High School Learning Module for Science, Module 7: Interaction of Living Organisms with the Environment for Grade VII, has the lowest content compatibility with ESD indicators among the teaching materials.]]>
