Abstract

Desa Watesnegoro menghadapi kendala pelayanan publik akibat sistem administrasi manual yang tidak efisien, seperti antrean panjang dan pengelolaan data yang kurang terorganisir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis website guna meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan aksesibilitas layanan publik. Sistem ini menawarkan fitur unggulan, seperti pelayanan berbasis real-time untuk pengajuan layanan administrasi daring, pengelolaan data kependudukan terintegrasi, serta dashboard interaktif untuk penyampaian informasi desa secara berkala dan transparan. Fitur analisis data juga disediakan untuk mendukung perangkat desa dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Pengujian dengan metode Black-box Testing menunjukkan sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, mempercepat waktu layanan, dan meminimalkan kesalahan pengelolaan data. Dengan penerapan teknologi ini, pelayanan desa menjadi lebih cepat, transparan, dan memuaskan, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan publik  Watesnegoro Village faces public service constraints due to an inefficient manual administration system, such as long lines and poorly organized data management. This research aims to design and implement a website-based information system to improve the efficiency, transparency and accessibility of public services. The system offers excellent features, such as real-time services for online administrative service submission, integrated population data management, and interactive dashboards for regular and transparent village information delivery. Data analysis features are also provided to support village officials in making data-based decisions. Black-box testing shows that the system runs as needed, improves administrative efficiency, speeds up service time, and minimizes data management errors. With the implementation of this technology, village services become faster, more transparent, and satisfying, contributing significantly to improving the quality of public services.
