<![CDATA[The urgency of this research is based on the complexity of the quarter-life crisis phase, which is filled with uncertainty and can lead individuals to experience emotional crises and generate various new problems related to psychological well-being. Therefore, the aim of this study is to explain the relationship between self-efficacy and contentment (qanaah) concerning the quarter-life crisis. This research employs a correlational quantitative method, with the research sample consisting of students at Raden Mas Said University in Surakarta, aged 20-25 years. The sample includes 365 students, selected using probability sampling with a cluster random technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed via social media. The results of the data analysis indicate that the data for all three variables are normally distributed, as the significant value is p > 0.05. There is a linear relationship between the variables of self-efficacy, contentment, and the quarter-life crisis, as evidenced by a linearity score (p < 0.05) and a deviation from linearity value (p > 0.05). The two independent variables also do not exhibit multicollinearity, as indicated by a VIF value (p < 10.00) and tolerance (p > 0.10). Furthermore, the data do not show symptoms of heteroscedasticity since the data points do not cluster around zero and do not form a clear pattern. The results of the hypothesis indicate that self-efficacy has a negative relationship with the quarter-life crisis among students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, as shown by a correlation coefficient of -58.071 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Contentment also has a negative relationship with the quarter-life crisis, evidenced by a correlation coefficient of -39.029 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that self-efficacy and contentment significantly influence the quarter-life crisis among students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta.]]>
