Abstract

The architect of the Kraton Kasultanan Yogyakarta and Kraton Kasunanan Surakarta is the same person, namely Sultan Hamengkubuwono I. The basic assumption of this research is that there are similarities in the parts of the building and the message to be conveyed through the philosophy of form and naming. The purpose of this study is to describe the philosophical meaning contained in the details of the building of the Kraton Kasunanan Surakarta Hadiningrat mosque and the Yogyakarta Hadiningrat Sultanate Palace mosque. This study uses a philosophical approach, qualitative data analysis. Data were collected by observation, documentation and interview. The results showed that every part of the mosque building of Kraton Kasunanan Surakarta Hadiningrat and Kraton Kasultanan Yogyakarta Hadiningrat has a philosophical meaning related to the way of life of the Javanese-Islamic community.Abstrak:  Arsitek dari Keraton Kasultanan Yogyakarta dan Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta adalah orang yang sama, yaitu Sultan Hamengkubuwono I. Asumsi dasar penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada persamaan bagian bangunan dan pesan yang ingin disampaikan melalui filosofi bentuk dan penamaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan makna filosofis yang terdapat dalam detail bangunan masjid Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta Hadiningrat dan masjid Keraton Kasultanan Yogyakarta Hadiningrat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan filosofis, analisis data kualitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap bagian bangunan masjid Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta Hadiningrat dan Keraton Kasultanan Yogyakarta Hadiningrat memiliki makna filosofis yang berkaitan dengan pandangan hidup masyarakat Islam-Jawa

Abstract

Bullying is an aggressive behavior that someone does intentionally and repeatedly against someone with the aim of hurting, either physically or mentally. Bullying activities can occur anywhere and anytime, including career women. For women who play a dual role, namely as a mother and a career in bullying can have an impact on their lives, both personal life and social life. In this case the author focuses on cyber bullying. Cyber bullying is an intentional and repeated aggressive behavior with the aim of harassing or hurting the victim through technological devices. The types of cyber bullying are flaming, harassment, denigration, impersonation, outing and trickery, exclusion, and cyber stalking. Each type of cyber bullying has a psychological impact on victims. This paper attempts to conceptually answer the psychological impact caused by cyber bullying for career women. Given the rapid advances in technology, especially in the realm of social media that is not balanced with the ability to use it.

Abstract

Abstract The transition from school to college during a pandemic has become more challenging. So that more self-adjustment skills are needed in order to adapt well to various demands in higher education. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. Methods of data collection using interviews and documentation. Subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique. The results of research regarding the adjustment of new students personally show that they are responsible for their assignments. They try to manage their emotions well. In social adjustment they are able to establish social relationships, actively participate in organizations and engage in various activities. New students persist in attending online lectures, because there is support from their families. AbstrakMasa transisi dari sekolah ke perguruan tinggi di masa pandemi menjadi lebih menantang. Sehingga dibutuhkan kemampuan penyesuaian diri yang lebih agar dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan baik terhadap berbagai tuntutan di perguruan tinggi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian mengenai penyesuaian diri mahasiswa baru secara pribadi menunjukkan bahwa mereka bertanggung jawab terhadap tugasnya. Mereka berusaha mengelola emosinya dengan baik. Dalam penyesuaian sosial mereka mampu menjalin hubungan sosial, aktif mengikuti organisasi dan terlibat berbagai kegiatan. Mahasiswa baru bertahan mengikuti perkuliahan daring, karena ada dukungan dari keluarga.Kata Kunci: masa transisi; penyesuaian diri; perkuliahan daring

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat pemahaman tentang gangguan jiwa pada caregiver dan mengetahui perilaku mendukung keluarga pada penderita skizofrenia di Griya Peduli PMI Surakarta. Subjek pada penelitian ini sebanyak 22 caregiver yang mempunyai anggota keluarga dengan skizofrenia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode mix methods atau metode penelitian kombinasi, yang berarti mengkombinasikan antara metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis sequential explanatory design, dimana pengumpulan data dan analisis data kuantitatif pada tahap pertama, diikuti dengan pengumpulan data dan analisis data kualitatif pada tahap kedua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman tentang gangguan jiwa pada caregiver terbagi menjadi 4 kategori, dimana 5 responden masuk kategori rendah, 11 responden dengan masuk dalam kategori sedang, 4 responden masuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan 2 responden masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil perhitungan dari setiap aspek pemahaman, dengan aspek tahu mendapatkan nilai 70%, aspek paham dengan nilai 70%, aspek aplikasi 76%, aspek analisa 67%, aspek sintesis 68%, dan aspek evaluasi mendapatkan nilai 65%. Data kualitatif yang didapat memperkuat dan memperdalam data dari hasil kuantitatif.

Abstract

Autis merupakan gangguan perkembangan yang ditandai dengan adanya kelainan perkembangan yang terjadi sebelum anak berusia 3 tahun dengan ciri kelainan fungsi dalam tiga aspek yaitu, interaksi sosial, komunikasi, dan perilaku yang terbatas dan berulang. Keterbatasan yang dimiliki anak autis menjadikan mereka membutuhkan layanan pendidikan khusus seperti Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB). SLB Mitra Ananda menerapkan kurikulum IEP (Individual Educational Program) dengan materi penanganan dimulai dari apa yang dapat dilakukan oleh anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang dengan pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Penelitian ini membahas kondisi psikologis berupa kemampuan sosial-emosi pada anak autis tingkat sedang setelah mendapat kurikulum IEP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi psikologis berupa kemampuan sosial-emosi pada anak autis di SLB Mitra Ananda setelah mendapat kurikulum IEP yaitu anak mampu mengenal jenis emosi dan fungsinya, anak belajar untuk menahan diri dari hal-hal yang dapat menyakiti dirinya dan orang lain, anak menahan diri ketika tidak mendapatkan sesuatu yang diinginkannya, anak mulai mengenali lingkungannya, anak secara perlahan membuka diri dan mau melakukan interaksi dengan orang lain yang berada di lingkungannya meskipun terkadang harus didampingi oleh guru atau orang tuanya.

Abstract

Every human is born in different conditions. Some of them are born normal, and some are born with physical limitations. In its growth, even normal human conditions can turn into persons with physical disabilities due to several factors. This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance on anxiety in the face of learning practices of persons with physical disabilities. The sample in this study were seven physical disabilities persons who are chosen by using purposive sampling technique. The approach used was pre-experiment with one-group pretest-posttest design. Measurements are made with instruments that measure anxiety facing work learning practices. The measuring instrument consists of 35 items of valid statements and has a reliability coefficient of 0.828. Hypothesis testing shows the results of the Z analysis is -2,366 with Asymp. Sig. 0,018 (p <0,05). It was concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which meant that group guidance could reduce the anxiety of learning practices of persons with physical disabilities.

Abstract

Adolescent who are currently sitting on high schools or should be equal begin to prepare for a career on the next one. Career determination is based on desire and potential of interests and talents. To understand these interests and potential, a measurement must be taken, one of them with an intelligence measuring instrument. The purpose of this study is to provide a profile of the adolescent girls intelligence living at the female orphanage in Solo city. This study is a descriptive quantitative study. The measuring instrument uses the IST intelligence test instrument. The career interest survey uses the RMIB. The subjects used were 8 beneficiaries in the female orphanage. Determination of the subject using purposive sampling, namely adolescent girls who sit at the high school level or equivalent. The measurement results show 2 people with IQ in the category above average, and 6 people with the average category. Of the 5 categorizations, no subject was in the low category. Abstract

The life of an adolescents who will come is largely determined by the efficacy that is in him, how much the individual believes in his abilities.This study aims to find out how self-efficacy is in adolescents with physical disabilities, the type of research used is a qualitative case study. The technique of determining the subject is purposive sampling. The subjects in this study were three adolescents with physical disabilities in the Sehati Sukoharjo and family members of the main subject as supporting subjects. Data collection techniques using interviews. The validity of the data using source triangulation.The results of this study provide an overview of self-efficacy in adolescents with physical disabilities at the Sukoharjo Sehati Difabel Association. At the level aspect (level) is indicated by action, determination, confidence in self-ability, trust from the environment. Aspects of strength (strength) are shown by optimistic thinking, role models, recognition from the environment, previous self-competence, and emotional management. The generality aspect is shown by increasing skills and levels, solution strategies, and self-development with references.

Abstract

The formation of manners from an early age is crucial in building children's character with noble morals. Children at the Al-Quran Educational Park (TPA) often face challenges in understanding and applying adab values ​​in everyday life. This service activity aims to implement the Five Basic ABC Media as an intervention effort to increase understanding and application of etiquette among TPA children. This media is based on five main principles: Accept, Belief, Confidentiality, Empathy and Respect. The method used in this service is an interactive learning method involving 12 TPA children as subjects. Intervention is carried out through various educational activities, such as interactive games, manners simulations, discussions that focus on building positive character. The results of this service activity show that the application of the Five Basic ABC Media can provide practical understanding and ethical behavior to children, which is demonstrated through FGD activities. The conclusion from this service activity is that the Five Basic ABC Media is a fairly effective method in guiding TPA children to understand and apply etiquette in everyday life. It is hoped that this media can be a guide for TPA educators in developing character education based on Islamic values ​​in a comprehensive and enjoyable manner

Abstract

Public spaces are currently widely used by the community, especially after the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. Adolescents are actively utilizing facilities in public spaces. Adolescents are in a phase where they have a lot to say in social interactions. This phase is a chance for them to find their identity and will also affect their personalities. Carl Jung identified three types of personalities: extroverts, introverts, and ambiverts. Ambivert is a personality type that has good adaptability. The social environment or culture can influence personality. The social culture that has developed in Indonesia is collectivist. Collectivism requires the community to be bound by each other. The manifestations of collectivism are neighborhood associations, community associations, and community service. Social perception is a person's ability to understand other people with their sense of sight. The phenomenon that can be found in this research is the activity of adolescents with ambivert personalities alone in public spaces. The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data collection used unstructured and semi-structured interview techniques. This activity certainly arises from social perceptions of the surrounding environment. Perceptions arise because the habit is still rare in our society. Perceptions that arise include that a person has no friends, has an introverted personality, wants to spend time alone, isn't good at socializing, or some consider it a normal thing to do. As a result of these perceptions, adolescents with ambivert personalities feel uncomfortable doing activities alone in public spaces.
