Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunitas belajar GURICCI terhadap kompetensi kepribadian guru, pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap perkembangan kepribadian siswa, dan pengaruh komunitas belajar GURICCI terhadap perkembangan kepribadian siswa melalui kompetensi kepribadian guru di SDN 14 Tamalatea Kecamatan Tamalatea Kabupaten Jeneponto. Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe ex-post facto. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis inferensial menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunitas belajar GURICCI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi kepribadian guru, dan komunitas belajar GURICCI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan kepribadian siswa melalui kompetensi kepribadian guru di SDN 14 Tamalatea Kecamatan Tamalatea Kabupaten Jeneponto This study aims to analyze the influence of GURICCI learning community on teacher personality competence, the influence of teacher personality competence on student personality development, and the influence of GURICCI learning community on student personality development through teacher personality competence at SDN 14 Tamalatea, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency. The results of this study indicate that GURICCI learning community has a significant effect on teacher personality competence, and GURICCI learning community has a significant effect on student personality development through teacher personality competence at SDN 14 Tamalatea, Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency
