<![CDATA[Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in improving the local economy. One common microenterprise is the mobile meatball vendor. However, these businesses still face various challenges, including limited capital, limited marketing, and limited business management. This community service program aims to improve the entrepreneurial skills of mobile meatball vendors through outreach, training, mentoring, and business evaluation. The methods used include observation, interviews, discussions, and simple business management and marketing training. The results of the program indicate that partners gained a better understanding of financial management, customer service, marketing strategies, and the importance of maintaining product quality. The mentoring also helped partners implement business strategies more effectively. This program has a positive impact on improving entrepreneurial skills and supporting the sustainability of mobile meatball vendors' businesses by increasing revenue.]]>
