<![CDATA[The limited availability of Arabic storybooks that are relevant to the characteristics of Madrasah Tsanawiyah students has contributed to students’ low engagement in Arabic reading activities. Existing Arabic literacy materials in madrasah learning tend to rely on textbook passages, while story-based media that integrate Qur’anic stories remain limited. This study aims to develop Arabic storybooks based on Qur’anic stories as literacy media to support mahārah qirā’ah among Madrasah Tsanawiyah students. This research employed a Research and Development design using a limited ADDIE model, covering the Analyze, Design, and Develop stages. Data were collected through needs-analysis questionnaires, interviews, observations, and expert validation sheets, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The validation results showed an average score of 83.5%, which falls into the highly feasible category. This result indicates that the developed storybook meets the feasibility criteria for content, language, graphics, and presentation. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of Arabic literacy media by integrating narrative learning, visual support, and Qur’anic values. In practice, the product can be used as supplementary reading material for Arabic learning by MTs students. However, this study is limited to product development and expert validation; therefore, its effectiveness in improving students’ reading interest and reading comprehension requires further empirical testing.
