<![CDATA[This study aims to describe and analyze the principal's leadership role in the implementation of deep learning at SMA Negeri 1 Semarang, including aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teachers, and other related parties. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation, while data analysis used an interactive model that includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the principal has carried out managerial functions in supporting the implementation of deep learning. In the planning aspect, the principal has developed a work program and integrated deep learning concepts into learning activities, although this has not been fully documented systematically. In the organizational aspect, the principal divides tasks and coordinates resources, but collaboration between teachers still needs to be improved. In the implementation aspect, teachers have begun to implement active learning strategies such as discussions and project-based learning, although implementation is not yet evenly distributed. In the supervision aspect, the principal conducts supervision and evaluation, but has not fully utilized specific deep learning indicators. The implications of this research show the importance of strengthening the leadership role of school principals in optimizing the implementation of deep learning through systematic planning, collaborative organization, consistent implementation, and targeted supervision.]]>
