Variations in student learning motivation, limited drawing facilities, and damaged classrooms at SMK Negeri Kudu Jombang are the background of this research. These problems are suspected to trigger less than optimal academic achievement in engineering competencies. The focus of this research is to analyze the influence of the school environment and learning motivation on learning outcomes in the Basics of Building Modeling and Information Design (DPIB) subject for grade X. An ex-post-facto quantitative approach was applied involving 67 sample students selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection used a closed Likert-scale questionnaire and learning achievement tests, which were then analyzed via simple and multiple linear regression. Quantitative data show that partially the school environment contributes 24.8% and learning motivation contributes 29.6% to learning outcomes. Simultaneously, the two independent variables have a positive and significant effect with a contribution of 39.2%, while the remaining 60.8% is influenced by other factors outside the research. The main conclusion of the research confirms that a conducive school environment and high learning motivation are important determinants in boosting student learning outcomes. Schools and teachers are recommended to work together to improve the quality of the academic climate and implement interactive teaching methods to spark students' enthusiasm for learning.
