<![CDATA[This research was conducted to examine Work Environment, Communication, and Work Discipline partially affect the employee satisfaction of PERUMDA Tirta Manuntung Balikpapan. This type of research is quantitative with data source from the results of questionnaire. The sample in this study was 79 employees at PERUMDA Tirta Manuntung Balikpapan using incidental techniques. Researchers used ibm spss statistical application Statistics 28. The application is to test Instrument Tests, Calssical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear regrease Analysis, and Research Hypothesis Tests. The result of the analysis show that the Work Environment has a significant effect on employee satisfaction. Communication has a significant effect on employee satisfaction.
