Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketimpangan pembangunan dan  pendapatan  antar Kabupaten di Kalimantan Timur serta membuktikan apakah Hipotesis U terbalik berlaku di Propinsi Kalimantan Timur. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar ketimpangan pendapatan digunakan Indeks Williamson dan Indeks Entropi Theil,.Berdasarkan indeks Wiliamson menunjukkan bahwa selama tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2012 terdapat ketimpangan pembanguan antar kabupaten di Kalimantan Timur sebesar 0.69 di tahun 2010 menjadi 0.72 di tahun 2012. Sedangkan dari hitungan Entropi Theil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata selama tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2012 terdapat ketimpangan pendapatan sebesar 17.45. Setelah dilakukan analisis Kuznets menunjukkan bahwa di Kalimantan Timur selama tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2012 berlaku hukum Kuznets.This study aims to find out the development and income inequality inter regency in East Kalimantan and prove whether the inverted U hypothesis applied in the East Kalimantan. To find out how much income inequality, the writer used Williamson and Theils Entropy Index. Based on Williamson index, it indicates that there is income inequality inter regency in East Kalimantan during 2010 to 2012, at 0.69 in 2010 to 0.72 in 2012. Whereas Entropy Theil calculation shows that on average during 2010 to 2012, there was income inequality by 17.45. Meanwhile, Kuznets analysis shows that Kuznets law applied in East Kalimantan during 2010 to 2012.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembangunan diukur dengan beberapa parameter, salah satunya adalah Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Manusia memiliki peran sebagai faktor produksi yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor – faktor apa yang menentukan pembangunan manusia di kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan metode GLS (Generalized Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengangguran, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengeluaran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.The success of development is measured by several factors. One of them is Human Development Index. Human plays important role in production factor in economy. This research aims to analyze factors determining human development in regency/city in Central Java province. Multiple Linear regression analysis is used to analyze the data by using GLS (Generalized Least Square). The research found that unemployment, economic growth and expenditure affect significantly Human Index Development in regency/city in Central Java province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Apakah pertumbuhan ekonomi dan upah minimum kota memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap tingkat pengangguran di kota Balikpapan tahun 2006 – 2015, (2) Manakah di antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dan upah minimum kota yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap tingkat pengangguran di kota Balikpapan tahun 2006 – 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data yang bersumber dari pihak ketiga yaitu Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Balikpapan, berdasarkan runtut waktu (time series) selama sepuluh tahun di mulai tahun 2006 – 2015. Cara memperoleh data di lakukan dokumentasi, total data berjumlah 30 yang terdiri dari 10 data laju pertumbuhan ekonomi (PDRB) atas dasar harga konstan, 10 data upah minimum kota dan 10 data pengangguran (penduduk yang sedang mencari pekerjaan). Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesa yaitu uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi (X1) dan upah minimum kota (X2) memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap tingkat pengangguran (Y) di kota Balikpapan pada tahun 2006-2015, yaitu dengan melihat dari nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 artinya signifikan. Sedangkan 43,715 > 4,74. Pertumbuhan ekonomi (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap tingkat pengangguran (Y) di kota Balikpapan tahun 2006-2015, yaitu dengan melihat nilai 2,316 < 2,364 dan nilai sig 0,054 > 0,05 artinya tidak signifikan. Upah minimum kota (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap tingkat pengangguran (Y) di kota Balikpapan tahun 2006-2015, yaitu dengan melihat nilai 1,111 < 2,364 nilai sig 0,303 > 0,05 artinya tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Communities in the telagasari environment need to carry out environmental greening activities to maintain environmental quality and protection. This activity method is carried out using persuasive approaches, emipric, normatic and educational approaches, and androgogy approaches with the aim of increasing community participation and KKN students in environmental greening activities. Greening activities are carried out through planting trees and providing knowledge and understanding to the community about the importance of preserving the environment. By increasing water absorption and supporting activities that can improve environmental quality, it can prevent flooding and make the environment beautiful and shady.

Abstract

Abstract.  Literacy culture in Indonesia is a very interesting issue to discuss. Given the literacy culture in Indonesia is still low and not ingrained in the community. In the midst of the rise of popular culture, books have never been a top priority. Even the people more easily absorb the culture of speaking and listening, rather than reading then pouring it in written form. Counseling and training in literacy cultivation is a reading activity for the community so they can think creatively and be able to follow changes such as the use of new innovations, the application of technology, and a mindset that is development-oriented. The result is reading or listening activities both from storytelling and watching videos.Keywords : literacy, reading, writing Abstrak. Budaya literasi di Indonesia menjadi persoalan yang sangat menarik untuk diperbincangkan. Mengingat budaya literasi di Indonesia masih rendah dan belum mendarah daging di kalangan masyarakat. Di tengah melesatnya budaya populer, buku tidak pernah lagi menjadi prioritas utama. Bahkan masyarakat lebih mudah menyerap budaya berbicara dan mendengar, dari pada membaca kemudian menuangkannya dalam bentuk tulisan. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan budidaya literasi ini merupakan kegiatan membaca untuk masyarakat sehingga dapat berpikir kreatif dan mampu mengikuti perubahan seperti penggunaan inovasi baru, penerapan teknologi, dan pola pikir yang berorientasi pada pembangunan. Hasilnya berupa kegiatan membaca ataupun menyimak baik dari mendongeng maupun menonton video.Kata Kunci: literasi, membaca, menulis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, and work environment on job satisfaction of PT Petrolog Indah Balikpapan employees. This research was conducted at PT Petrolog Indah Balikpapan, with 44 respondents, this research method uses quantitative methods. Collecting data by means of observation and distributing questionnaires via google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier analysis by performing instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the variables of work discipline, motivation, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Incentive, Motivation, and Work Environment variables on the performance of the Sales Department of PT Trakindo Utama Area, North Kalimantan. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection methods through questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Sales Department of PT Trakindo Utama Area, North Kalimantan. In this study, a purposive sampling technique was used where the researcher only used sales employees as a sample, totaling 44 people. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Incentives, Motivation, and Work Environment variables had a significant effect on sales performance. Partially, the Incentive, Motivation, and Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the Sales Department of PT Trakindo Utama Area, North Kalimantan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Environmet, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction of Teachers Vocational High School 3 Balikpapan. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with a sample 68 teachers Vocational High School 3 Balikpapan. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. This study uses SmartPLS in processing data. The results of this study indicate that the work environment variable has no significant effect on teacher job satisfaction Vocational High School 3 Balikpapan. Motivation variable has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction Vocational High School 3 Balikpapan. And work discipline variable has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction Vocational High School 3 Balikpapan. Keywords: Work Environment; Motivation; Work Discipline; Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Astra International Tbk-Auto2000 Balikpapan Sudirman. The research design employed is quantitative research. The sample size in this study consists of 68 permanent employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The software utilized for this research is Smart PLS. The results of the study indicate that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment also has a significant impact on employee performance. Additionally, work discipline influences employee performance.
