This study aims to analyze the implementation of parate execution on fiduciary guarantee objects after the issuance of Constitutional Court Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 and examine its implications for legal protection and legal certainty for the parties. The study uses a normative legal research type with a statutory and conceptual approach. Primary legal materials are in the form of laws and Constitutional Court decisions, while secondary legal materials are obtained from literature, scientific journals, and relevant legal doctrines. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with a deductive method, namely examining applicable legal norms and then constructing them to the problems of implementing parate execution in practice. The results of the study show that the new regulations made provide a reconstruction of the implementation of parate execution through its constitutional interpretation. Parate execution is not abolished, but undergoes a transformation from an absolute execution model to a conditional execution model. Creditors still obtain legal protection through the recognition of the executorial title of the fiduciary certificate and preferential rights in debt repayment.
