Public services at the village government level have an important role in fulfilling community administrative needs. However, administrative services at Hilimbowo Olora Village are still carried out manually, causing several obstacles such as slow service processes, difficulties in data retrieval, and ineffective document archiving. This study aims to analyze the implementation of information systems to improve public service efficiency using the TOGAF ADM approach. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The TOGAF ADM framework was used to identify existing conditions and design an integrated information system architecture. The results indicate that implementing a web-based village administration information system can improve service speed, data accuracy, transparency, and document management efficiency. The proposed system also supports digital transformation and enhances the quality of public services provided by the village government.
