In the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family-Based Approach (PIS-PK), the Family Health Index (IKS) is a key indicator for assessing family health in Indonesia. The lowest IKS with a pre-healthy category is in Baiturrahman District with an IKS 0,77, in Ateuk Deah Tanoh Village having the lowest IKS value (0,68). This study aimed to analyze The Health Family Index (IKS) in Gampong Ateuk Deah Tanoh, Baiturrahman District, Banda Aceh City. The study used a descriptive analytical approach with an accidental sampling data collection technique of 74 respondents. The results showed no significant relationship between age (p = 0.103), education (p = 0.097), occupation (p = 0.214), and knowledge (p = 0.075) with IKS achievement. There are still IKS that are in the pre-healthy range, indicating the importance of the role of health workers in monitoring, counseling, and supervision related to indicators whose values are still insufficient.
