This study aims to analyze the effect of cultural diversity and inclusivity on team work effectiveness, with interpersonal communication acting as a mediating variable at CV. ICB Bandar Lampung. The study is motivated by the increasing complexity of team dynamics in organizations characterized by diverse cultural backgrounds, as well as the growing importance of inclusive work environments in supporting effective collaboration and team performance. A quantitative approach with a causal research design and survey method was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of CV. ICB Bandar Lampung and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software to examine the relationships among variables simultaneously within a single structural model. The results indicate that cultural diversity and inclusivity have a positive and significant effect on team work effectiveness. Furthermore, interpersonal communication is proven to play a mediating role in strengthening the influence of cultural diversity and inclusivity on team work effectiveness. These findings contribute theoretically to the field of human resource management, particularly in the study of diversity and inclusion management within organizations. Practically, the results are expected to provide insights for companies in developing team management strategies by enhancing interpersonal communication and fostering inclusive workplace cultures to improve team synergy and productivity.
