The development of digital technology has encouraged organizations to improve quality, operational effectiveness, and work productivity in order to face increasingly competitive business environments. One of the most widely adopted approaches to achieve these objectives is Total Quality Management (TQM). This study aims to analyze the relationship between TQM, operational effectiveness, and work productivity in the digital era through a literature review approach. The research method employed is a literature review by examining relevant journal articles, academic books, conference proceedings, and research reports. Data were collected through searches in various academic databases and analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of TQM has a positive relationship with operational effectiveness through business process improvement, error reduction, efficient resource utilization, and data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, TQM contributes to increased work productivity through employee competency development, greater involvement in quality improvement initiatives, and enhanced work motivation and responsibility. Digital technology serves as a supporting factor that strengthens the implementation of TQM within organizations. Therefore, the integration of TQM and digital transformation can be an effective strategy for improving organizational performance and competitiveness in a sustainable manner.
