The increasingly competitive landscape of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector has urged business actors to embrace innovative marketing strategies beyond conventional approaches. One proven and effective approach is the use of profile videos as a promotional medium to introduce products in a more compelling and visually engaging manner. This study presents the design of a profile video aimed at promoting the MSME Ayam Kremes Sukabumi Tenda Uchen 99, a culinary business located in Bogor City. A narrative approach was adopted to document the food preparation journey, from ingredient selection to the final serving, combined with dynamic visuals and curated background music to highlight the product's authenticity. The video also features a personal portrayal of the owner's dedication and expertise, as well as testimonials from loyal customers to strengthen consumer trust. The resulting profile video serves as a multi-platform promotional tool distributed via Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, targeting local food enthusiasts and content creators. The application of this strategy is expected to increase brand awareness, widen market reach, and contribute to significant business growth for the MSME in a competitive digital economy.
