Abstract

Kebutuhan sarana komunikasi dan navigasi yang memadai untuk menggali potensi perikanan dan kelautan wilayah perairan Indonesia sangat besar. Ketersediaan teknologi untuk mencari daerah potensi penangkapan ikan melalui berbagai media informasi yang tersedia saat ini masih memiliki keterbatasan akses teknologi, biaya mahal serta kerumitan layanan sehingga jarang digunakan khususnya oleh kapal-kapal nelayan tradisional. Suatu sistem komunikasi dan navigasi alternatif bagi kapal nelayan tradisional diharapkan menjawab permasalahan diatas. Makalah ini meneliti mekanisme komunikasi data menggunakan konsep metode akses protokol 802.11 yang merupakan pengembangan implementasi sistem komunikasi dan navigasi untuk diterapkan pada kapal nelayan. Teknologi yang dikembangkan berfokus pada model pengiriman informasi antara terminal elektronik yang berada pada kapal dan ke base station di darat sebagai gateway lewat kanal VHF jaringan wireless adhoc. Sistem ini akan memberikan berbagai informasi penting pada setiap terminal dan base station. Konsep metode akses protokol 802.11 diterapkan dalam proses pengiriman paket. Protokol ini menggunakan standar MAC sublayer yang bekerja dengan metode first-in-first-out (FIFO) transmission queue untuk menentukan bagaimana kanal dialokasikan dan fungsi koordinasi DCF (distributed coordination function) yang menentukan kapan stasiun diizinkan untuk mengirim dan mungkin dapat menerima data melalui saluran nirkabel. Pada komunikasi data, proses RTS/CTS (Request to Send/Clear to Send) akan mereduksi tabrakan frame karena kasus hidden node yang mungkin terjadi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan suatu mekanisme komunikasi data yang tepat untuk implementasi sistem komunikasi dan navigasi alternatif pada kapal laut sehingga membantu nelayan tradisional memperoleh informasi dengan mudah, biaya terjangkau dan andal.

Abstract

Transaksi ekonomi dalam Islam tidak selalu berorientasi pada komersil semata (profit oriented). Hal ini disebut dengan akad tabarru‟, yakni segala macam perjanjian yang menyangkut not -for profit (transaksi nirlaba). Akad tersebut bisa berupa “memberikan sesuatu” (giving something) dan “meminjamkan sesuatu” (lending something). Dalam aplikasinya di perbankan Islam, akad-akad tersebut tetap dipertahankan dengan prinsip tabarru‟ ini. Adanya biaya dalam pemeliharaan, jelas bagian dari kompensasi yang tak bisa dihindari. Tulisan berikut menjabarkan konsep Wadiah dan Wakalah berikut aplikasinya di perbankan Islam di Indonesia. Wakalah dalam aplikasi perbankan terjadi apabila nasabah memberikan kuasa kepada bank untuk mewakili dirinya melakukan pekerjaan jasa tertentu, seperti pembukuan L/C (Letter Of Credit Import Syariah & Letter Of Credit Eksport Syariah),Inkaso dan Transfer uang, Penitipan, Anjak Piutang (Factoring), Wali Amanat, Investasi Reksadana Syariah, Pembiayaan Rekening Koran Syariah, Asuransi Syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the Teluk Gelam Urban Area, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, as a strategic collection and distribution center that serves the needs of the Teluk Gelam District community and its surroundings. The strategic location of the area, close to Kayu Agung City and located on the East Sumatra Cross-Island Road, has great potential for sustainable regional development. This study uses a mixed method with a quantitative and qualitative approach, supported by secondary data and field observations. The analysis includes spatial structure, land capability, accessibility, and environmental carrying capacity and capacity. The results of the study indicate that there are three levels of service center hierarchy, namely the Area Service Center (PPK) in Mulya Guna, Sub Area Service Center (SPPK) in Menang Raya, Seriguna, and Talang Pangeran, and Local Service Center (PPL) in other villages. Areas with high accessibility are directed for further development, while areas with low land capability are directed for conservation. This study provides a strong planning framework for sustainable and equitable regional development in the Teluk Gelam Urban Area.

Abstract

Posters are an important means of conveying information and promoting products or services to a wider audience through the power of visual communication. This research focuses on redesigning promotional and informational posters to support the marketing strategy of the Kopi Es Tak Kie website, a long-standing Chinese culinary heritage in Jakarta. The main objectives of this research are to enhance visual appeal, expand market reach, and strengthen cultural values ​​through print media designs that are representative and relevant to the development of the digital era. The approach used is visual communication design with the Design Thinking method. The stages in this method include audience needs research, design concept design, prototyping, and usability evaluation involving target respondents. In the visualization process, Figma software was used to arrange the poster layout, while Procreate was utilized to create complementary illustrations that provide an artistic and authentic feel. The resulting poster design emphasizes the use of a color palette of brick red, cream, and dark blue, combined with script and sans-serif typography. This combination was chosen to convey a cultural message while emphasizing the exclusive image of the Kopi Es Tak Kie brand. The visual harmony of color and typography enhances the cultural narrative while emphasizing the modern brand identity. The primary audience for this poster is young adults aged 22–40 who are interested in the fusion of traditional coffee culture and modern lifestyle. The findings of this study indicate that the redesigned poster is effective in bridging cultural heritage with digital branding, strengthening the identity of Kopi Es Tak Kie across both offline and online platforms. Thus, the poster medium is proven to act as a communication bridge connecting historical values ​​with contemporary marketing strategies.

Abstract

Digital marketing is the application of digital technology to bring online sales (channels) to the market (websites, email, databases, digital TV, and other innovations such as blogs, feeds, podcasts, and social media) and contribute to the success of business operations. The purpose of this activity is to increase understanding among MSME actors, particularly Ananda Brownies Kukus-Batam, and the management of e-commerce websites for improving the marketing and sales of MSME products. The material will be presented in the form of a seminar. The seminar format will be used by the speaker to deliver the activity material, followed by discussions and simulations. The training activity provides benefits in improving the understanding of MSME actors about digital marketing and e-commerce website management. The digital marketing socialisation activity was conducted at Ananda Brownies Kukus, Batam, in the form of socialisation, creating an artificial intelligence chatbot-based e-commerce website for MSMEs, and training them in managing the website, to empower MSMEs to improve their marketing and sales.

Abstract

Empowering MSMEs is a strategic key in optimizing local economic. Challenge faced MSME in increasing competitiveness typically related to ineffective sales and marketing approaches, inadequate active customer service, and a lack of digital knowledge among MSME members. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a rapidly developing technology and is applied in various fields, including sales and marketing. This community service activity aims to understand the use of AI technology in collecting, analyzing, and utilizing customer data to generate information about customer behavior, sales and marketing, and potentially profitable market trends especially in MSMEs. The method includes preparation stages, surveys, development of an AI-based e-commerce platform, training in the implementation of the platform, and monitoring and evaluation of the overall implementation of the service. This activity was carried out to increase the insight of Cindur Batik MSME in optimizing product sales and marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and address global economic challenges. The result of this activity was the development of an AI-based e-commerce platform, which is used to increase marketing and sales at Cindur Batik MSME Batam. Based on this application, MSMEs partner have an understanding of the use of AI in creating image and video content for digital marketing.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Karang Taruna di desa Kadugenep untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan administrasi dan pelayanan publik sebagai wujud mutu layanan kepada warga, dibutuhkan upaya sistematis memberdayakan pemuda lewat Karang Taruna agar berfungsi aktif pengelolaan administrasi desa. Pembekalan berbentuk keahlian dan pengetahuan aplikasi perkantoran dan desain komunikasi visual pembuatan konten pelayan publik. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan anggota Karang Taruna tentang makna administrasi yang tertib, meningkatkan keahlian manajerial dan organisasi digolongan pemuda, meningkatkan partisipasi pemuda. Tata cara penerapan terdiri dari sosialisasi yaitu dengan meningkatkan pemahaman anggota Karang Taruna tentang berartinya administrasi, pelatihan dengan membagikan pelatihan terpaut manajemen dan administrasi, pelaksanaan teknologi dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pengelolaan administrasi, pendampingan serta penilaian dengan melaksanakan pendampingan sepanjang penerapan dan penilaian hasil, keberlanjutan program dengan menyusun rencana untuk keberlanjutan program. Hasil yang diperoleh menampilkan kenaikan partisipasi pemuda dalam pemerintahan desa, meningkatnya koordinasi antara Karang Taruna dengan pemerintah desa serta warga, kenaikan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pelayanan publik, terbangunnya rasa kepemilikan serta tanggung jawab digolongan generasi muda terhadap pembangunan desa.

Abstract

Simalungun Regency in North Sumatra is one that is currently actively exploiting its tourism potential. One of the districts that surrounds the shores of Lake Toba is Simalungun District. Simalungun's goal is to increase the appearance and events of arts, culture and tourism; increasing community involvement in tourism development; promote tourism more broadly; and build more tourist attractions. SWOT analysis is an analysis that compares internal factors, namely Strengths and Weaknesses, with external factors, namely Opportunities and Threats. Strength Factors: The Tigaras Beach tourist attraction has strengths, namely having the characteristic of prawn cypress, having a large tourist attraction area, and affordable entrance ticket prices. Weaknesses: The Tigaras Beach tourist attraction has weaknesses including: easy accessibility but takes a long time, pollution from rubbish and shrimp pond waste, no provision of home stays, lack of cleanliness in bathroom facilities. Opportunities: The Tigaras Beach tourist attraction has opportunities, namely: The existence of this tourist attraction provides new employment opportunities for the local community, it can be used as a research site, and is included in the government's list of development tourist attractions. Threats: Tigaras Beach has threats, namely: a decrease in the number of tourists due to pollution from B3 waste from floating net cages around tourist attractions, resulting in the water at Tigaras Beach being polluted and having an unpleasant odor.
