Hypertension remains a complex and escalating public health issue, particularly affecting adults and the elderly. Recently, the incidence among adolescents has also risen, necessitating lifelong medical management. Without comprehensive treatment and monitoring, hypertension can progress to fatal complications such as coronary heart disease and stroke.Maintaining optimal health is critical, especially for security personnel whose duties demand high physical and mental stamina to ensure public safety. This study highlights a concerning phenomenon within the security community of RW 13 Kebraon Indah Permai, Surabaya, consisting of 34 members. The majority are diagnosed with uncontrolled hypertension. Several individuals have suffered recurrent strokes, including one fatal case of a third stroke, where the victim was found deceased without family present. These findings indicate an urgent need for structured health interventions, routine blood pressure monitoring, health education, and psychosocial support tailored to high-risk occupational groups.
