<![CDATA[AbstractThis thesis is entitled "Implementation of Employers' Obligations in Providing Social Security Based on Presidential Regulation No. 109 of 2013 concerning the Stages of Participation in Social Security Programs (Study on Coffee Shop Employees in South Pontianak District". The formulation of the problem in this study is "Why Coffee Shop Owners in South Pontianak district does not register its workers in the Social Security Program in accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 109 of 2013?" In writing, this thesis uses empirical research methods conducted by conducting interviews with several Coffee Shop shop ownersFrom the legal research that has been carried out using the research method above, it can be concluded that the provision of social security to employees who work at the Coffee Shop has not been implemented properly. This is due to the rapid flow of employee transfers so that it is inconvenient for the owner to register his employees if there are always changes. In addition, the risk of work accidents which tend to be small and also uncertain income every month are also the main factors for the absence of social security for Coffee Shop employees.In the future, it is necessary to have clearer regulations regarding the provision of social security because it turns out that there are still many business fields, especially Coffee Shops, which have not carried out their obligations to provide social security. In addition, socialization related to the importance of social security must also be carried out so that every entrepreneur will understand more about the importance of social security for workers.Keywords: Social Security, Workers, Coffee Shop AbstrakSkripsi ini berjudul "Pelaksanaan Kewajiban Pemberi Kerja Dalam Memberikan Jaminan Sosial Berdasarkan Perpres Nomor 109 Tahun 2013 Tentang Penahapan Kepesertaan Program Jaminan Sosial (Studi Pada Pegawai Coffee Shop Di Kecamatan Pontianak Selatan". Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah "Mengapa Pemilik Coffee Shop Di Kecamatan Pontianak Selatan Tidak Mendaftarkan Pekerjanya Dalam Program Jaminan Sosial Sesuai Perpres Nomor 109 Tahun 2013?". Pada penulisannya, skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian empiris yang dilakukan dengan mengadakan wawancara terhadap beberapa pemilik kedai Coffee Shop.Dari penelitian hukum yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian jaminan sosial kepada pegawai yang bekerja di kedai Coffee Shop belum terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh arus perpindahan pegawai yang cepat sehingga dirasa merepotkan bagi owner apabila mendaftarkan pegawai nya tersebut apabila selalu ada pergantian. Selain itu resiko kecelakaan kerja yang cenderung kecil dan juga pendapatan yang tidak menentu tiap bulannya juga menjadi faktor utama tidak adanya jaminan sosial bagi pegawai Coffee Shop.Kedepan, perlu adanya regulasi yang lebih jelas terkait pemberian jaminan sosial ini karena masih banyak ternyata bidang-bidang usaha, secara khusus Coffee Shop, yang belum menjalankan kewajiban memberikan jaminan sosial. Selain itu sosialisasi terkait pentingnya jaminan sosial juga harus dilakukan agar tiap pengusaha makin paham akan pentingnya jaminan sosial bagi pekerja.Kata Kunci : Jaminan Sosial, Pekerja, Coffee Shop]]>
