<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation education in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) as an effort to prevent religion-based radicalism in Indonesia. The study employed a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected from scholarly journals, books, previous studies, and official documents related to religious moderation, radicalism, and pesantren education. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify the values of religious moderation implemented in pesantren education. The findings indicate that pesantren play an important role in instilling the values of tawassuth (moderation), tasamuh (tolerance), i'tidal (justice), non-violence, and national commitment through learning activities, the exemplary role of kyai, and the daily culture of santri life. These values contribute to shaping inclusive, tolerant, and anti-radical attitudes among students. Therefore, pesantren have a strategic role as Islamic educational institutions in strengthening religious moderation and promoting socio-religious resilience in society.]]>
