<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of multicultural learning on students' social development at SMA Muhammadiyah Kupang. The research employed a quantitative, associative design. The population comprised 123 students, of whom 49 were selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression in SPSS. The results showed a significant effect of multicultural learning on students' social development, with a p-value < 0.001 and an R-squared of 0.547. This indicates that multicultural learning influences 54.7% of students' social development, while other factors account for the remaining 45.3%. Multicultural learning helps people become more empathetic, better at communicating, more cooperative, more tolerant, and more appreciative of cultural differences. Descriptively, students' social development is categorized as beneficial. Therefore, consistent implementation of multicultural learning is critical to creating inclusive and harmonious educational environments.]]>
