<![CDATA[This article discusses the understanding of Islamic Educational Management from the perspective of the Hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Educational management is an essential element in improving the quality of educational systems, particularly within Islamic educational institutions. The Hadiths of the Prophet serve as the second primary source of Islamic law after the Qur'an and provide guidance and principles related to the comprehensive management of education. This study employs a library research method by analyzing various relevant literature sources, including the Qur'an, Hadiths, and books on Islamic educational management. The findings indicate that modern management principles such as POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) are implicitly reflected in the Hadiths of the Prophet long before modern management theories were developed. In Islam, educational management is not only concerned with administrative aspects but also emphasizes spiritual values and noble character as the foundation for managing educational institutions.]]>
