Learning media is an important tool that serves as an intermediary, effectively conveying material to students. Based on analyses conducted across several elementary schools, it was found that the learning process still lacks the use of interactive media that are interesting and relevant to students' needs, resulting in low student motivation and learning outcomes. This study aims to develop interactive learning media in Articulate Storyline 3 and to evaluate its validity, practicality, and effectiveness in learning Pancasila Education. The research type is Research and Development (R&D), with the ADDIE development model comprising five stages. The subjects of the research trial included fourth-grade elementary school students. The research subjects were material, media, and learning experts. The data collection method used questionnaires, observations, and tests. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The effectiveness test results showed a consistent increase in student learning outcomes after using the developed interactive learning media. Data analysis showed that the media improved conceptual understanding, active involvement, and student motivation during the learning process. Thus, it can be concluded that the interactive media, Articulate Storyline 3, is effective for Pancasila Education learning because it can create more interactive, participatory, and meaningful learning in elementary schools.
