<![CDATA[This study examines ethical collaboration between teachers and colleagues to enhance professionalism in the digital age. The background to this study is the changing education system, which requires teachers not only to master pedagogical competencies but also to adapt to technology, maintain ethical communication, and build professional collaborations based on honesty, responsibility, and mutual respect. This study aims to describe the concept of ethical collaboration between teachers, analyze its role in the digital context, and explain its contribution to enhancing teacher professionalism. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach through the collection and analysis of various relevant sources from journals, books, and previous research. The study results indicate that ethical collaboration can strengthen the exchange of ideas, learning development, and a professional work culture in educational environments. Furthermore, the use of technology also requires teachers to have digital literacy, maintain data privacy, and use communication media wisely and responsibly. Thus, ethical collaboration not only supports the improvement of teacher competence but also serves as a role model for students in building good character and a culture of collaboration.]]>
