Character education is an important part of the learning process in elementary schools because various student behaviors are still found that demonstrate low discipline, responsibility, and respect for others. The Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subject plays a crucial role in instilling Pancasila values as the basis for character formation in students. This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education through Pancasila values in PPKn learning in elementary schools. The study used a literature study method by reviewing various journals, scientific articles, and relevant research documents. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation and content analysis of library sources related to character education and PPKn learning. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of character education can be done through habituation, teacher role models, group discussions, role plays, and a positive school culture. The character values developed include religiosity, discipline, responsibility, nationalism, tolerance, and mutual cooperation. This implementation helps students understand the importance of positive behavior in everyday life.
