<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the role of teachers in educational management in order to achieve effective learning. The method used is a literature review by analyzing various relevant scientific sources within a certain period. The results of the study indicate that teachers have a strategic role in educational management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. As learning managers, teachers are required to be able to manage the entire learning process systematically, starting from lesson planning, classroom organization, to the implementation of continuous evaluation. However, in practice, there are still various challenges faced by teachers, such as limited time, suboptimal use of learning media, ineffective classroom management, and a tendency to focus more on summative assessment rather than formative assessment. Therefore, efforts are needed to optimize the role of teachers through improving professional competence, implementing innovative learning strategies, and utilizing appropriate learning media and technology. Thus, the role of teachers in educational management can be carried out optimally and have a positive impact on the quality of learning.]]>
