This study aims to improve student activity and learning outcomes in the Construction Cost Estimation element through the application of the Flipped Classroom learning model assisted by Google Classroom. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were Grade XI DPIB students at SMK Negeri 2 Binjai. Data collection techniques were carried out through multiple-choice tests (pre-test and post-test) to measure cognitive learning outcomes, and observation sheets to measure the level of student activity during the learning process. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes and activity. In Cycle I, the percentage of classical learning completeness only reached 68% (average score of 77). The research was continued to Cycle II with improvements in learning strategies and media optimization. In Cycle II, classical learning completeness increased significantly to 96% (average score of 90). In addition, the percentage of student learning activity also increased from 68% active in Cycle I to 96% in Cycle II. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the Flipped Classroom learning model using Google Classroom is proven to be effective in improving the activity and learning outcomes of Grade XI DPІВ students at SMK Negeri 2 Binjai in the Construction Cost Estimation element.
