<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of academic supervision based on George R. Terry's POAC management functions in improving teachers' professional and digital competencies at SDN Karangsambung 02. A qualitative approach with a case study was employed, involving the principal as the key informant and teachers from senior and junior groups. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. The findings reveal that the planning function is carried out through needs identification, teacher mapping into three categories (Digital Natives, Digital Adaptives, Digital Beginners), and coaching-based approaches. The organizing function is implemented by establishing an internal supervision team and managing ICT infrastructure through centralized scheduling. The actuating function is executed through clinical supervision cycles and differentiated approaches based on teacher characteristics. The controlling function is conducted through systematic data analysis, humanistic feedback delivery using the sandwich technique, and SMART-based follow-up plans. This research concludes that academic supervision implemented through POAC management functions effectively encourages the improvement of teachers' professional and digital competencies, with key success factors being personal approaches, psychological safety, and collaborative culture between senior and junior teachers.]]>
