<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the need for instructional media to support the teaching of Indonesian Cultural Diversity for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. The study aimed to develop the “Nusa Budaya” video media and determine its validity. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research subjects included expert validators, practitioners, one fifth-grade teacher, and ten fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results indicated that the “Nusa Budaya” video media was successfully developed through the ADDIE stages and achieved a validity score of 95.33%, categorized as highly valid. User responses also showed very positive results, with a score of 95% from the teacher and 92% from the students. Therefore, the “Nusa Budaya” video media is considered highly valid and suitable for use as a supplementary learning medium for teaching Indonesian Cultural Diversity in fifth-grade elementary school classes.]]>
