In this article, we will discuss the UI/UX design of the Batik Putera Ningrat website as a digital catalog that presents the products and brand identity of this premium batik brand in a more comprehensive way. The challenge was the lack of a single official platform that could streamline the catalog of fabrics and shirts, explain the stories behind the motifs, provide information about the store, offer space for educational articles, and provide a direct channel to designers or managers. Visual product documentation, interviews, literature reviews, and observations of brand and user needs were used as qualitative research methods. The design process followed the design thinking framework, progressing through the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The result is a website prototype featuring a homepage, batik shirt models, a batik fabric catalog, a blog, store information, product details, and buttons for designers and admins. This process demonstrates that a consistent visual identity, an easy-to-read information layout, compelling product photos, and user-friendly navigation are key components in building trust with potential customers. Batik Putera Ningrat’s digital platform is designed to support promotion, education, and brand image reinforcement in the digital world.
