This study aims to analyze Islamic boarding school financial management in improving the performance of caretakers at Ulil Albab 2 Islamic Boarding School in Ngawi. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that financial management, including planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring, plays a significant role in improving caretaker performance. Transparency, accountability, and the allocation of welfare funds are the main factors influencing caretaker motivation and professionalism. Furthermore, Islamic values such as trustworthiness and responsibility are the foundations of Islamic boarding school financial management. Thus, sound financial management can improve the quality of care and education at Islamic boarding schools.
