Jurnal Karimah : Jurnal Pendidikan Karakter dan Etika menerbitkan artikel ilmiah dan penelitian terapan mengenai isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan karakter, kebajikan warga negara (civic virtue), etika, pendidikan nilai, dan pertumbuhan spiritual dalam komunitas pendidikan dan masyarakat. Selain penekanan utamanya pada artikel yang ditinjau sejawat (peer-reviewed), jurnal ini juga menerbitkan kolom rutin mengenai topik-topik terkini yang berkaitan dengan misinya, serta artikel undangan dari para pakar terkemuka di bidang pendidikan dan pengembangan karakter. Jurnal ini menerima artikel dalam lingkup multidisiplin, dengan fokus utama pada: 1. Pendidikan Karakter dalam Konteks Persekolahan a.Strategi implementasi pendidikan karakter di jenjang PAUD, Dasar, Menengah, dan Perguruan Tinggi. b.Manajemen sekolah berbasis penguatan karakter. c.Evaluasi dan instrumen pengukuran keberhasilan pendidikan karakter. d.Integrasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam kurikulum dan mata pelajaran. 2. Etika dan Moralitas Kontemporer a.Etika profesi kependidikan dan kode etik pendidik. b.Etika digital dan kewargaan digital (digital citizenship). c.Tantangan etika dalam penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) di dunia pendidikan. d.Filsafat etika dan relevansinya dengan pendidikan modern. 3. Nilai Lokal, Budaya, dan Agama a.Pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal (local wisdom). b.Integrasi nilai-nilai religius dalam pembentukan Akhlakul Karimah. c.Pendidikan budi pekerti dan nilai-nilai luhur budaya bangsa. d.Moderasi beragama melalui jalur pendidikan. 4. Pendidikan Keluarga dan Masyarakat a.Peran keluarga dalam pendidikan moral anak. b.Pola asuh (parenting) dalam membentuk integritas karakter. c.Pendidikan karakter berbasis komunitas dan lingkungan sosial. d.Dampak media sosial terhadap perkembangan etika remaja. 5. Abstract

Interest is interested or fully visible with an activity because it realizes the importance of the activity. Students' lack of interest in learning, especially in the learning process, can result in students not understanding and remembering the subject matter presented by the teacher. One of the efforts that can be done is through the application of the storytelling method. The research method used is qualitative and the data collection method uses observation, interviews, documentation. This research resulted in the implementation of the storytelling method at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rohman aimed at fostering student interest in learning. The application of this storytelling method is carried out on Monday-Thursday. Meanwhile, on Fridays every 2/3 weeks. The storytelling method conveyed by the teacher uses two ways, namely direct storytelling and role playing. The implication of the application of the storytelling method at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rohman is that the students are very enthusiastic because, by using the storytelling method, the students pay more attention to the stories presented are interesting, so it fosters interest in learning. Barriers for teachers in the application of the storytelling method are the lack of vocabulary and understanding of the content of the stories conveyed, the teacher's lack of experience in teaching, the teacher's lack of confidence. Meanwhile, the obstacles for students are the different abilities of each student, the large number of students who are difficult to regulate, and inadequate environmental conditions.

Abstract

Indonesian nationalism cannot be separated from the fact that Indonesia is a plural and multicultural society with its cultural diversity and complexity. Indonesia is a plural country, both in terms of ethnicity, race, religion, and belief. This diversity in Indonesia raises several problems, such as inter-ethnic fights, separatism, and the loss of humanity to respect the rights of others. To solve this problem, a solution is needed, one of which is a multicultural education model. Multicultural education is expected to be able to answer the challenges of today's era. The application of multicultural education in Indonesia is still experiencing various obstacles or problems. One of the problems of multicultural education in Indonesia is the lack of community nationalism which causes a lack of tolerance for other people with different cultures and cultures. Indonesia's cultural diversity requires a force that unites the entire plurality of the country. Pancasila as the nation's view of life, national personality and state ideology functions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic boarding school financial management in improving the performance of caretakers at Ulil Albab 2 Islamic Boarding School in Ngawi. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that financial management, including planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring, plays a significant role in improving caretaker performance. Transparency, accountability, and the allocation of welfare funds are the main factors influencing caretaker motivation and professionalism. Furthermore, Islamic values ​​such as trustworthiness and responsibility are the foundations of Islamic boarding school financial management. Thus, sound financial management can improve the quality of care and education at Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This article is motivated by the author's interest in the al-Iktisyâf learning system at the Puncak Darussalam Islamic boarding school, because learning the yellow book does not take long. In general, the santri in mastering the yellow book takes a minimum of 8 years, through the al-Iktisyâf book it can be reached in only 6 months. This article describes two aspects. First, the teaching materials in the al-Iktisyaf book are in the form of a learning guide consisting of two volumes of books and the arguments based on the Emriti book and the practice is in the form of the Taqrib book. The learning methods used in the Puncak Darus Salam Islamic boarding school are group methods, lectures, memorization, question and answer, bandongan and wetonan methods. Second, the inhibiting factors for learning the al-Iktisyâf book are the lack of interest of students in learning the yellow book, students do not feel at home in the cottage, the difficulty of creating a pleasant learning atmosphere and the existence of translated books. The supporting factors are the sincerity and readiness of the supervisor, the patience and sincerity of all the mentors.

Abstract

Strengthening Human Resources (HR) is fundamental to the existence of every institution, whether it is public or private. Islamic education institutions as public services engaged in educational services absolutely have ideal human resources so that they are competitive. To have ideal and competitive human resources, it is necessary to make every effort to manage human resources effectively and professionally. This article aims to find out how to apply human resource management, the application of human resource management in improving the quality of educational services, and various philosophically fundamental issues that emphasize that the process of strengthening human resources needs to involve awareness, concern for institutions, as well as various ideological issues. which fosters a sense of mutual support and active participation of teachers/lecturers in the transfer of knowledge. Institutions should be able to provide solutions to existing obstacles by building shared awareness, equating vision and goals, building a sense of togetherness, making positive contributions, fostering an orientation towards development, and being able to build intense collaboration between guardians of students/students, institutions. And society.
