<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the needs-based training management for educational staff at MAS Muhammadiyah Songing, covering needs identification, planning, implementation, and follow-up of training. The issue addressed is the limited specialized training for educational staff at the school, which mostly relies on external programs from the education department. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from the school principal, vice principal, head of administration, educational staff, librarian, IT team, and students. Data analysis was conducted through collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions, with data validity strengthened through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and theory triangulation. The results of the study show that: (1) Training needs identification is not systematic, (2) Training planning is more focused on teachers, while educational staff rely on external recommendations, (3) The implementation of training is limited and does not align with actual needs, (4) The follow-up on training is not structured. This study concludes that the training management at MAS Muhammadiyah Songing needs improvement by developing a systematic needs assessment, planning internal programs, and conducting continuous evaluation to enhance training effectiveness and the quality of educational administration services.]]>
